4. Your Syllabus Data — Important
Your uploaded documents are never used to train any AI model. Syllabus files and course materials are processed solely within your account session to generate exam papers. They are stored encrypted on AWS infrastructure and are not shared with any third party for training or analytics purposes.
Uploaded documents are deleted within 30 days of account closure or upon written request to contactus@learnergpt.com.
5. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored on AWS infrastructure located in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region
- Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256
- Data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+
- Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only
- We do not store payment card data — no payments are processed during the pilot phase
6. Third-Party Services
We use a limited set of third-party services to operate the platform:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure, storage, and email delivery. AWS processes data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement.
- Formspree — processes pilot application form submissions on this website. Data submitted via the form is forwarded to our email. Formspree's privacy policy applies to form submissions.
- Anthropic / OpenAI — AI model APIs used to generate exam questions. These providers do not retain your data for model training under our API agreements. No personally identifiable information is sent to these APIs — only syllabus content.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers. Google's privacy policy applies.
7. Data Retention
- Pilot application form data: retained for up to 2 years for business records
- Platform account data: retained for the duration of the account plus 12 months
- Uploaded syllabus files: deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Audit logs: retained for 3 years for institutional compliance purposes
- Server access logs: automatically purged after 30 days
8. Your Rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable data protection principles, you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data
