LearnerGPT is currently in its free pilot phase. No charges are applied to any user or institution at this time. This refund policy will be updated before any paid tier is launched.
1. Current Status — Free Pilot
As of July 2026, LearnerGPT's TeachFlow Assess platform is available exclusively through our free Pilot Programme. Qualifying institutions are granted access at no cost for the duration of the pilot period.
Since no payment is collected during the pilot phase, no refunds are applicable at this time.
2. Future Paid Plans
When LearnerGPT transitions to a paid commercial model, the following refund principles will apply. These are provided in advance for transparency:
- Trial period: All paid plans will include a trial period during which you may cancel and receive a full refund
- Annual plans: Refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of billing will be provided on a pro-rata basis for unused months
- Monthly plans: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period with no future charges
- Exceptional circumstances: Refund requests outside these windows due to technical failures or service unavailability will be reviewed case-by-case
3. How to Request a Refund (Future)
When paid plans are available, refund requests should be submitted to contactus@learnergpt.com with your institution name, account email, and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
4. Pricing Transparency Commitment
We commit to communicating all pricing terms clearly to pilot institutions before any commercial rollout. Current pilot participants will receive advance notice of at least 30 days before any billing begins.
